Ses Parres

The House Ses Parres is a beautifully-restored farmhouse with swimming pool and stunning two-acre garden located in lovely countryside near Arta in the north-eastern corner of Mallorca.

This is a wonderful non-touristy part of the island which, although tranquil, offers a wealth of amenities including golf and tennis, as well as beautiful unspoiled beaches, all within very easy reach. The house sleeps up to six people and is perfect for a family or group of friends. The drive from Palma Airport to the house takes less than an hour.

The accommodation includes three bedrooms (one double, two double/twin bedrooms) plus two bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large, comfortable sitting room and a dining room. Our Sky satellite television receives BBC, ITV and Sky digital channels (so you won't miss the Olympics if you're here in August!).

Extensively but sympathetically renovated by leading Mallorcan architect Sergei Bastidas, Ses Parres still retains a wealth of original features such as beams, doors, ceilings and fireplace.
